Celebrate the New Site and Logo By Making Me Do Pushups or Intervals!

Celebrate the new Simple Endurance Coaching website and logo with me!

Share my new website and make me do pushups or intervals

Share the new website on your Facebook or Instagram page with the hashtags #simpleendurancecoaching and either #pushups or #intervals, and I’ll do a pushup or interval for you live next week!

As you can see, the site is updated and better than ever – with all the Simple cycling and running training information you need and easier ways to reach me and schedule appointments!

To “celebrate,” I thought we’d do something “fun” … If you share my website on your Facebook page about how amazing my new site is (or make up some other stuff my mother would approve of), and include the hashtag #SimpleEnduranceCoaching and #intervals,
I’ll do an interval for you on live FB. On Wednesday, May 10 at 7 pm, I’ll go live on the Simple Endurance Coaching Facebook page to do an interval session. I’ll do my 40/20s, which means I’ll ride hard for 40 seconds, ride sort of hard for 20 seconds, and repeat.
AND …

On Thursday night at 7 pm on Instagram live, I’ll do one pushup for every person who reposts my website on Instagram about my excellent coaching site with its helpful, useful, etc., blog using the hashtags #SimpleEnduranceCoaching #pushups.

Please, , for the sake all that is good and outdoors-related, just post once! My arms and body thank you!

So again, share the website https://simpleendurancecoaching.com/

with the hashtag #SimpleEnduranceCoaching and whatever exercise you want me to do, and next week, live, I’ll do them!
