Welcome to the Body Weight Strength Training for Endurance Athletes course!

This is a six-week course that focuses on building strength, core stability, and mobility in order to build an athlete’s durability and resiliency.

The workouts can be done anywhere with no equipment except a mat. You can add dumbbells, kettlebells, or other equipment if you have it.

Each of these is done to fatigue so that you have one or two repetitions left. If you get to 12 or so repetitions, slow down the exercise, hold, change the pace for up or down.

You can also do a second and/or third set of all or some of the exercises in order to build the fatigue.
