We’ll use a semi-custom cycling or running training plan to help you reach your goals.

A semi-custom training plan includes:

  • A training plan you choose from my cycling or running training plans from Training Peaks
  • or I’ll write  just for you and target event*
  • You’ll email me how the plan is going or make comments in Training Peaks
  • I can make minor adjustments to the plan depending on your progress.
  • We can talk with a 45-minute Virtual Coffee as we start working together.
  • Additional Virtual Coffees can be once a month.

Then we work together to help you use the plan. 

This semi-custom cycling or running training plan is for people who need minimal direction and primarily want a schedule of workouts to do. 

The semi-custom training plan is $124 a month.

Comprehensive Plans for Simple Endurance Sports

We use a “holistic” approach for Simple endurance sports coaching that includes endurance training, functional strength training, and mobility through yoga.

We focus on the value of the process of training, on training to find your challenge, and on having fun along the way.

Through a blend of cycling and/or running training, strength training, and yoga, we create customized programs to make you stronger, more mobile, and more confident regardless of your results.

You use a cycling or running semi-custom training plan as part of the process to help you reach your goals.
