Comprehensive Training Plans for Simple Endurance Sports
We use a “holistic” approach for Simple endurance sports coaching that includes endurance training, functional strength training, and mobility through yoga.
We focus on the value of the process of training, on training to find your challenge, and on having fun along the way.
Through a blend of cycling and/or running training, strength training, and yoga, we create customized programs to make you stronger, more mobile, and more confident regardless of your results.
Our goal is to help you use a cycling or running training plan as part of the challenge. We want you to tap into your own inner resources to become a better you.
Simple Training For Cyclists and Runners
Simple Endurance Coaching offers several levels of coaching, depending on your needs, adventure goals, and circumstances.
1. Comprehensive Training Plan
I’ll create a custom and comprehensive plan of endurance training, functional strength training, movement through yoga, mental toughness training, and nutritional advice.
The plan will target your adventure, racing, or season-long goals.
The Full Treatment includes
- initial testing through INSCYD, one follow-up test,
- the Pro plan for Training Peaks,
- a daily training program with specific workouts for each week,
- frequent communication via Training Peaks, text, in-person, video, and/or email.
You’ll see your performance numbers, your fun factor, and your understanding of your own training increase and improve.
The Full Treatment is $289 a month. When you sign up, there’s a three-month commitment for your training.
2. The Training Plan Plan
You choose one of my comprehensive training plans, or I’ll write one just for you and your adventure goal.*
Then we work together to help you use the plan.
This plan is for people who need minimal direction and just want a schedule of workouts to do.
We’ll revise and change the schedule to meet your specific needs.
The TPP is $124 a month.
3. A Simple Endurance Coaching Training Plan
You purchase one of my comprehensive training plans that always have endurance work, intervals, functional strength training, and yoga mobility.
If I don’t have what you want or need, I’ll create a specific plan for you.*
I currently have cyclocross, running, triathlon, and a 200-mile ride plans available.
*I’ll always retain the rights to any plan I create, meaning I can offer those plans to other cyclists and runners as well.
