Simple, Remote Threshold Testing

The threshold testing protocol is fairly simple: do a 30-second, three-minute, six-minute, and 12-minute power tests.

You can do this testing remotely and send me your results.

I input the numbers, let the software do its thing, and provide you with feedback and an explanation of what everything means.

I don’t provide any explanations or information outside of the report.

This is ideal for anyone repeating the test or someone familiar with the numbers and wants to only see the data.

Threshold Test with Full Report ($246)

I analyze your threshold testing and cycling test data with the INSYCD software and provide you with a pdf report.

We’ll schedule a 45-minute online meeting or phone call to discuss the report and training implications.

I’ll also make suggestions for future training.

Threshold Test with Training Plan ($284)

I analyze your threshold testing and cycling test data with the INSYCD software and provide you with a pdf report.

We’ll schedule a 45-minute online meeting or phone call to discuss the results, training implications.

I’ll plan out a month of cycling workouts to improve your performance based on your goals.

We talk about how the training plan is going and at the end of the month, retest to see the results.

Full Coaching

When you sign up for a three months of full coaching with Simple Endurance Coaching, the full test and report are part of the service.

We’ll do a test to start our work together, then retest as needed to check our results.
